Bree Lawrence

Chief Executive Officer

Bree proudly leads the high performing Sana Living team to deliver a diverse portfolio of innovative, high quality, Specialist Disability Accommodation across Western Australia, Queensland and South Australia. 

Bree is passionate about developing and managing long term and mutually beneficial relationships with providers and organisations who are as committed to excellence as Sana Living. She feels privileged to witness the positive lifechanging outcomes and independence that can be achieved by Participants living in Sana Living’s SDA homes.

Bree holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia and has over 17 years legal experience in private practice, specialising in the management of claims involving catastrophically injured individuals. Bree’s professional experience, combined with her lived experience of supporting a family member living with a disability, motivates her to use her skills and experience to support individuals living with a disability access life changing accommodation.

Adam Sargent

Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Adam oversees Sana Living’s business operations with an ultimate focus on improving the lives of people with disability. Adam has almost 20 years of experience in healthcare as a Physiotherapist and in residential construction management.

Following 8 years working in the private and public sectors both in Perth and UK, Adam transitioned from a career in Physiotherapy to the residential building industry. During the years in residential building Adam was involved and responsible for the supply of over 3000 homes to the Perth market.

He has varied experience working with people with disability together with experience in the overall management, design and construction of disability accessible homes.

George Giannakis

Chief Financial Officer

George is in charge of finance and his primary responsibility is to assist and enhance the financial performance of Sana Living, reporting our financial compliance and cash flow to keep us solid.

He is a CPA and Chartered Secretary with over 30 years of financial and commercial experience in a senior and executive level in both privately owned and publicly listed companies; including public practice, manufacturing, human services and allied health sectors.

George is a dedicated and well-respected finance professional who has also been a WA State Councilor of the Governance Institute of Australia for the last 17 years.

Rebecca Ng

Legal Counsel

As Legal Counsel, Rebecca manages the legal and compliance aspects of Sana Living’s operations.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia and has over 15 years of legal experience with a focus on property and commercial law. Prior to joining Sana Living, Rebecca worked as a lawyer in private practice. In that time, she has advised government bodies, listed and public companies and high net worth individuals, assisting them with their commercial and property law needs, from industrial, commercial and retail property to residential property. Rebecca enjoys utilising her skills and experience to help people with disability access life changing homes.

Andrew Carville

National Development Manager

Andrew manages the acquisition, planning, implementation and delivery of all Sana Living SDA homes across Australia. Andrew manages the entire development team. With a strong focus on innovation and housing which is responsive to the needs of people and the wider community, Andrew believes it can improve social well-being, quality of life and a community’s sense of pride.

Andrew has 14 years of experience in urban planning and development and is passionate about design and built form outcomes. On top of his previous experience with WA’s biggest building groups, and involvement with Perth’s development industry leaders, Andrew has completed a PhD, where he researched alternative housing models and revitalising urban areas. He also serves on the UDIA’s Housing Diversity Committee and the Property Council’s Residential Committee, and other advisory panels.

Lorie Arigo

National Design Manager

Loredana (Lorie) is Sana Living’s National Design Manager, responsible for the design and accurate delivery of Sana Living’s Specialist Disability Accommodation. Designing to specific standards and a detailed list of requirements for people with disabilities, she has developed a methodical approach to managing complex projects.

Lorie qualified as an architect in Italy, with experience in Italy, Malta and Australia. She has designed and worked for a variety of sectors including retail, hospitality, multiple types of residential development and custom designed luxury homes.

With over 10 years of experience, Lorie is skilled and experienced in delivering detail, and working closely with the broader team.

Tara Brian

National Tenancy Manager

As National Tenancy Manager, Tara works with Participants and Support Provider Partners across our National portfolio, to assist in the areas of SDA eligibility, funding processes, property information and provides information to disability service providers on SDA.

Her ultimate focus is assisting people with disabilities to find appropriate and life changing accommodation.

Sophie Moore

Tenancy Manager - SA

As Tenancy Manager in SA, Sophie assists clients in the areas of SDA eligibility, funding processes, property information and tenant selection, while providing information to disability service providers on SDA.

Sophie has an allied health background in Speech Pathology, having worked across a range of health and education settings. More recently Sophie held a Tenancy Manager role for an SDA provider across a range of properties in South Australia.

Sophie has also worked on a 5 year Monash University led research project, investigating outcomes for people with Traumatic Brain Injury living in a range of housing options within the community.

Inspired to continue working in the area of SDA, Sophie has observed first-hand the powerful positive impact that good quality, highly accessible housing has on the lives of people living with disability.

Lauren Tanis

Tenancy Manager - WA

As Tenancy Manager in WA, Lauren assists clients in the areas of SDA eligibility, funding processes, property information and tenant selection, whilst providing information to disability service providers about SDA.

Lauren has an allied health background in Occupational Therapy, working predominately across clinical hospital settings. Prior to this, Lauren worked as a Specialist Support Coordinator with NDIS Participants across Perth.

With this experience, Lauren saw the limited choice of housing for those living with disability in the community. Her passion for advocacy and improving the lives of people with disability motivated her to be part of a team who changed this, and she is committed to assisting Participants create a life and home that is uniquely theirs.

Joanne Van Leuven

Tenancy Assistant

Joanne’s role at Sana Living is to assist the Tenancy Managers with their day-to-day work, so that together they can deliver a high standard of assistance to potential participants.

Prior to starting at Sana Living, Joanne worked for Engineering company for 7 years and then moved onto working for a law firm for 14 years where she gained experience in supporting and assisting lawyers with their practices.

Joanne’s goal is to help people with disabilities find life changing accommodation.

Megan Hayward

Development Manager - SA

As Development Manager, Megan will be heading up the Development team in South Australia to deliver superior accessible housing to Adelaide and regional areas of the state.  Megan has a Diploma of Interior Design, Master of Business Administration and a Master of Applied Project Management, with extensive experience in construction, land development and strategic asset management.

Previous to joining Sana Living, Megan was the Business Lead and Development Executive for NSW & SA with a large scale builder, National Property Manager, and also spent several years in the Community Housing Sector focussing on strategic asset management and accessible housing developments. Recognised for her work in Community Housing, Megan was a finalist in both the Urban Development Institute of Australia – Women in Leadership award, and the National Association of Women in Construction SA Women In Business award.

Known for her strong passion for social justice, Megan is dedicated to providing homes that are equitable, diverse, sustainable and inclusive for all; to create greater independence and dignity, and to add value to the individuals and communities they occupy.

Emma Horgan

Project Manager

As Project Manager, Emma works closely with the development and operations team, providing administration and managing project management; to progress jobs through the preconstruction and documentation stages, and deliver jobs to site.

Having spent nearly 17 years with one of WA’s largest building companies, Emma has experience in the construction industry across project management and coordination, operations and accounting based roles and has a sound knowledge of end to end building processes.

With diverse experience in the medium density market, Emma has helped deliver apartments, over 55’s, townhouse properties and was part of delivering large volumes of social housing for the State Governments Social Housing Economic Recovery Program throughout the Perth metropolitan area.

Emma thrives on providing exceptional customer service and the best outcome for Sana Living customers by helping to make a positive difference to people’s lives.

Georgina Southern

Project Coordinator

As Project Coordinator, Emma coordinates Sana Living’s SDA development from planning through to job commencement, assisting the Project Manager with properties under construction.

With a Diploma of Building Design and experience in the construction industry since 2018, Emma refined her skills for three years as a designer and draftsperson, crafting innovative and practical designs. She transitioned to sales consulting in residential homes, ensuring smooth project coordination and communication with clients.

Since witnessing the challenges of a family member who experienced a sever stroke, Emma has a deeper understanding of Participant’s needs and she is committed to assisting poeple with disability live more independent lives.

Andrew Nguyen

Assistant Development Manager

As Assistant Development Manager, Andrew’s responsibilities at Sana Living involve working closely with the development managers in each state, designers and project partners throughout the delivery process of SDA developments.

After receiving a Bachelor of Design and Master in Architecture at the University of Western Australia, he progressed his career in planning and residential design, where he contributed to medium-rise apartment, single dwelling and mixed-use developments across WA.

Along with his 3 years of experience managing project planning, stakeholders and documentation, Andrew is also an acting member of PIA’s Young Planners Committee and AIA’s National Mentoring Program, remaining well informed and connected within the industry.

Adrian Plumb

Accommodations Manager

As Sana Living’s Accommodation Manager, Adrian is responsible for amendments to dwellings, safety and security, asset maintenance and project management.

With nearly 40 years of experience in the construction industry in both the UK and Australia, Adrian has managed properties and projects in commercial, residential, schools and specialist residential care homes. As part of this he has also managed maintenance and customer service.

Adrian has experience in the construction and maintenance of residential homes for people with disabilities. Working closely with Occupational Therapists and specialist accommodation suppliers to make adaptions to homes, he is experienced in ensuring compliance and suitability, to facilitate more independent living.

Bernadette Fedec

Property Manager

As Property Manager, Bernadette will be working with Sana Living tenants, their family members / legal guardians, and their Support Coordinators, to ensure the enjoyment of our homes and safety of tenants.

Bernadette has been working in the Real Estate Industry for the last 12 years, holds a Diploma in Residential Property Services (Agency Management) and Certificate III in Community Services. Currently registered as a Property Manager with DMIRS, she has managed rentals in the private and not-for-profit sector specialising in SDA and NRAS properties. Bernadette wants the best outcomes for tenants and manages Sana Living properties with that end in mind.

Lorraine Bryant

Property Accounts Officer

Lorraine’s primary role with Sana Living is to manage the accounts; not only for Sana Living, but for all of our properties. With over 25 years of experience within all aspects of finance and accounting, Lorraine has held various roles in accounting and team leadership.

Her experience includes work in both Not-for-Profit and Commercial organisations within the Health Care and Resource Sector, and Property Management.

Cindy Bradstreet

Marketing Coordinator

Coordinating the marketing at Sana Living, Cindy ensures anyone living with disability is aware of SDA and what Sana Living do to transform lives.

Having worked in various marketing, events, PR and copywriting roles in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth; in a variety of industries including TV, radio, sports management, recruitment, hospitality and law, Cindy loves story-telling with words and images.

After discovering her son had a disability, Cindy returned home to focus on therapy with him, after which she returned to marketing.
