Hybrid SDA Homes

As the name suggests, our ‘hybrid’ home designs are a combination of two homes in one. Our designers have effectively created two duplex homes under a single roof. With the addition of rooms for an Onsite Shared Support Provider, the hybrid design has unique provisions for a single care provider across both homes.

Before Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) was introduced and funded by the NDIS, accessible accommodation was limited for those living with a disability, often compromising independence, comfort and control. Choice of where and how people lived was rarely an option.
