Harley Nuttall

Contracts Administrator

Harley is Sana Living’s Contracts Administrator and is responsible for budgeting projects, preparing documents for tender, and researching new products for the development team, and builders. Harley is the main contact for Sana Living’s building partners, directing them with specifications and suppliers.

Harley has over 13 years’ experience in the Residential and Commercial sectors of the WA Building and Construction industry, including roles in Scheduling, Estimating and Contract Administration. Working across a range of projects and developments, he has vast knowledge in various construction techniques and methods.

Harley also has extensive experience working with people with disabilities and has a second job where he takes a boy with autism swimming every week.
